Childcare Support
We are pleased to offer childcare support of up to $60 per day, per child during the conference, from Tuesday, November 3, to Friday, November 6, 2026, in the Riverside area. Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to participants who do not have other childcare options (e.g., no spouse or other caregiver) during the time they are presenting or need to be fully engaged.
Please register by October 27 using this form. While we will make every effort to accommodate attendees with childcare needs, availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

The $60-per-day-per-child support is not limited to these two providers. You are welcome to arrange childcare with any service you prefer. Should we identify additional options for ad hoc childcare, we will share the information with you.
Please Keep in Mind
- Attendees are responsible for selecting their provider and arranging transportation; we recommend booking at least one week in advance.
- Reimbursement details will be emailed to you; please pay the provider in full and retain your receipts to submit after the conference.
- The conference provides this subsidy as a courtesy and cannot be held liable for the quality or outcomes of the childcare services.
- Your registration information will remain confidential, shared only with organizers and providers as strictly necessary.
